Refunds, Returns & Shipping

Refunds

Customer satisfaction is a top priority at Steve the Bike Guy. Purchases made in-person or online are subject to the following policies:

  • Bikes – If you are not satisfied with your new bicycle purchase, return to STBG within 10 days and we’ll replace it if another bike is available, or give you a refund, subject to inspection.
  • Clothing, shoes, components, helmets & accessories – Unused items may be returned to STBG in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase in exchnge for store credit. Receipt is required for returns.
  • Custom clothing – Because clothing ordered through the Verge Sport team store are made to order there are no returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Returns

Items purchased online or in-person may be returned to the Shop. Items shipped back to the Shop will be at the customer’s expense.

Shipping

STBG offers two methods for customers shopping online:

  • Free In-Store Pick Up – Most in-stock orders will be ready within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday), and we will notify you when your order is ready for pickup. 
  • Shipping – Shipping fee is based on 15% of total order with a minimum shipping cost of $20.  Orders of parts, accessories, or clothing of $200 qualify for Free Shipping. STBG will select the best method of shipping at time of order and will provide a tracking number if available.
  • Shipping is only available to the Contentinal United States
