Steve the Bike Guy (STBG) is proud to be named a 2021 Bicycle Retailer of Excellence by the National Bicycle Dealers Association (NBDA).

The annual Award “celebrates diversity and excellence in bicycle retail. With a focus on inclusivity, the program unites retailers, suppliers, industry organizations, advocates, and consumers in identifying and highlighting exceptional bicycle stores across North America. Recipients will be acknowledged and awarded not only for their excellence in retail but their integrity, inclusiveness, spirit, and commitment to grow ridership.”

As part of the application process, customers were asked to share their thoughts about STBG through the NBDA’s People’s Choice Awards. The NBDA shared the comments (anonymously of course) with us, and while being named a Retailer of Excellence is certainly a big deal, but kind comments we received were the true reward.
