Visitors to the shop are regularly looking for advice on where to ride in the area, and we are more than happy to provide! Now we’ve signed on with Ride Spot from People for Bikes to make it easier than ever to find routes designed by Steve the Bike Guy, both on-road and off.

Created by the nation’s largest cycling advocacy group, Ride Spot integrates stories, images, routes, and a social network into one digital platform to answer the question “where’s a good place to ride?”

You can find routes by visiting STBG on Ride Spot, or through the Ride Spot app. Once on Ride Spot, you can follow friends, discover trails around the country, and learn more about caring for your bicycle with People for Bike’s educational videos.

This spring we will have a Ride Spot station at the Shop with printed cards of some of our favorite routes. We will also be exploring some of Ride Spots other features including events and challenges.
