During Saturday’s cyclocross practice, we spent time working on starts, dismounts, remounts and barriers. Participants also had the opportunity to test different tire pressures for time, as well as control. We wrapped up the two hour session with a ride in the woods.

We have two more sessions scheduled – and all ages and abilities are welcome (you don’t have to be a member of the STBG Cyclocross Team to join in):

  • Saturday, September 23 • 3pm- 5pm • meet at the Velo Studio
  • Saturday, October 7 • 3pm – 5pm • meet at the Velo Studio

Riders should bring:

  • Cyclocross or mountain bike
  • Helmet
  • Water bottle
  • A sense of humor!
